Treehouse Media Group created this modern property profile video for Pacific Shore Platinum; a luxury real estate brokerage. The featured property was a tear down, but situated in a highly sought after, coastal location in La Jolla, CA. We worked around the visual challenge by focusing on the ocean views the property offered, as well as, showcasing all of the nearby scenic area highlights. We conveyed development potential by implementing architectural renderings into graphics.
